Every day you will dine on delicious local fare, with freshly-made tropical fruit drinks. We have created inspired Latin menus with a twist, while maintaining a mindful eating approach to how we prepare our food.
Fresh caught seafood, produce and herbs grown in our own gardens, and local farm raised beef and chicken, are all part of our carbon reducing initiative to ensure the preservation and survival of this ecological treasure.
Special diet and vegetarian meal plans are also available. We ask that guests let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions or preferences.
